Optimizing Corrosion Mapping Workflows
To empower our client’s team, we conducted a full-day training session specifically focused on utilizing OmniscanX3 64 with the 2nd generation Hydroform system for advanced Corrosion Mapping. This training equipped participants with the knowledge and skills to leverage the system’s capabilities effectively.
One of the training highlights was showcasing the freehand raster scan mode available within the Scandeck module of Hydroform2. This innovative feature offers greater flexibility and control during data acquisition, streamlining the corrosion mapping process.
Enhanced Data Management with Weldsight
Managing and comparing historical corrosion mapping data has become significantly easier with the integration of Weldsight analysis software. During the training, Sabri BABA (BSc Eng., MBA) from Evident Scientific expertly demonstrated the valuable features of Weldsight, including:
- Cluster Data Analysis: Enables efficient identification and classification of corrosion patterns.
- C-Scan Export: Facilitates seamless data sharing with other software applications.
- Data Merging: Allows for the integration of data from multiple inspections, providing a comprehensive overview.
- Corrosion Manager: Provides a centralized platform for managing and analyzing Phased Array corrosion data collected using Omniscan.
