Quality Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) are core values for Qatar Welding & Fabrication Supplies W.L.L. (Q-Fab).
Q-Fab is committed in its objective to meet or exceed the expectations of regulators, customers and our own internal standards. Beyond compliance, we are committed to continuous improvement to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, maintain a healthy and safe environment, prevent sources of pollution, conserve natural resources and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of our business. The QHSE Policy of the Company extends its application to the following
- All facilities, locations, and assets owned or operated by Q-Fab.
- Every individual engaged in work on behalf of Q-Fab, encompassing employees, contractors, and visitors alike.

- Prevent incidents, injuries and illness by promotion of HSE, providing a safe working environment, eliminating hazards and reducing HSSE risks.
- Provide training services ‘fit for purpose’ in partnership with qualitative training providers.
- Pollution prevention and implementation of natural resource conservation.
- Strive to ensure that the companies’ business partners adhere and maintain humane and environmental practices.
- Continuously review and improve our corporate policy, integrated management system, QHSE objectives and targets to ensure suitability and revise as required in consultation and participation of workers and interested parties.
- Manage security risks professionally towards our employees and operations.
- Observe a “Zero tolerance policy” for violations against “Life Saving Rules”.
