Q-Fab have a well-equipped service center located in the Salwa Industrial Area. The workshop features overhead crane, compressed air system, machining equipment and tools necessary to carryout comprehensive maintenance. Our workshop and field service are complimented by experienced, professional technicians who are regularly trained both locally and at our principal’s service training facilities worldwide.

Q-Fab offers Annual Service contract (ASC) and Preventive Maintenance contract (PMC) for the equipment supplied through us. We stock thousands of line items in sufficient quantities to meet customer demands of spare parts for repair and maintenance. Our spare parts department continuously monitors stock requirements using advanced software with a view to offer customers maximum availability and timely delivery of parts.
Hoses and Fittings
Q-Fab offers a wide range of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings, and hose configurations to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our comprehensive product line includes low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure pneumatic and hydraulic hoses that are resistant to heat, ozone, weather, chemicals, oil, flames, UV and abrasion. Tyre Foam Filling
Q-Fab proudly stands as Qatar’s sole provider of Tyre Foam filling services. As the only facility offering this innovative solution in the country, Q-Fab ensures unmatched quality and convenience for equipment operators across Qatar.
What is Foam Filling:
It is a polyurethane liquid that is pumped into pneumatic tires to replace air with a resilient, synthetic elastomer core that eliminates dangerous and costly tire flats on off-the-road (OTR) equipment. Even in the most hazardous environments, tires filled with foam will never go flat. Despite cuts and punctures, foam filled tires will keep performing – increasing productivity and eliminating costly downtime for field operators.
The greatest advantage of Foam filling over other No Flat options, including solid aperture tires, is the smoother ride as a result of a substantially lower G-force transmission. Higher G-force transmission can cause operator injury and premature wear and tear on equipment components.
